The rooms here were spacious, featuring a comfy couch, a double bed, and a convenient kitchenette 🛋️. It's a peaceful spot, plus you are close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops for all your needs.

The room had not been cleaned. Food on the floor. There was something that had dripped down ALL the walls. There was no bed spread. When I called the front desk to ask if room had been cleaned & I asked for a comforter. I was told it was one of the last rooms available. That didn't explain why it had not been cleaned or why no bedspread. I told the manager that I had booked weeks I advance. She was rude, she just didn't care. It was had to rest as the room was so dirty, shower was gross,it still had hair in it from previous person staying there. I went to work early the next day to shower. So very disappointing....even though the price is fairly low....it's too HIGH for what you get. When I told the manager how disappionted & that I was going to write a true review...didn't seem to bother her. I truly wished I would have takes pictures.

Property was very quiet...Quick check in..Friendly staff...Great experience, better than at Motel 6 where my husband was solicited for drugs....

The bed was a bit too hard...But will bring a mattress pad next time...

This venue is wonderful and cozy, situated conveniently close to a grocery store and various dining options, offering rooms equipped with air conditioning, ice bucket, and a TV.

Arrive and was given a room that smelled like the worst smoky gym locker room you can imagine. Unfortunately, smell can't be captured in a photo. The carpet was filthy and the bed looked like it had been slept in. The friendly front desk clerk offered a refund OR bottle of Fabreeze! Took the refund and on a Saturday night after a long day of driving, drove 20 more miles south to Albany and had to pay $30 more for a room from another chain. Never again, never Crossland.

I had a really great stay at this place; the hotel is functional with updated rooms and efficient staff, and we enjoyed having a room with a kitchen.

Hassle free parking. You get what you pay for..Was nice to have a stove, microwave and fridge in room. Was able to reserve at the last minute.

The room itself was dirty, under the sheets you could feel the dirt. We killed 3 spiders. Need to wipe down walls and molding. Didn't use shower because of what looked like pee on shower curtain. Housekeeping F-.

That I was giving a maintenance room even though I booked a week in advance. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Had it not beven so late for my arrival I would have went elsewhere. Everything including the TV was outdated. I checked t b email bed to make sure there were no bed bugs and could tell the mattress was very old. Just walki g to tour the room the entire place smelled like cigarettes. I had to get a hair dryer from the front desk since the website says the room has a hairdryer but they don't. I will not stay there again.

Convenient Location for Dining and Shopping 🍕

The spot was great because it was close to a variety of restaurants and shops. I was thrilled to discover a Pizza Hut nearby, just a short 10-15 minute stroll from this place, and they had some delicious food on the menu.

Clean property with very nice and polite staff. Handy and great location, near stores, restaurants, a grocery store, and the interstate highway. A decent stay during our 2-week road trip.

Absolutely nothing

The place is a DUMP. Not Clean at all. Fitted Sheets did not fit the bed. Looked like it had not seen room service in a month. I had special requests being partially Handicap. They did not meet any of them. Horrible location.
